Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. She started participating in fitness shows at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later, at the age of 17. This made her the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. She came back in 2015 and carried on from her previous place of competing in top competitions like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
